The average age of a person exposed to pornography is 9 years old (Estherministries.org, 2002) and in today’s high tech age a person can be a full blown addict in about two months.

Job says in chapter 31:1 that he made a covenant with my eyes not to look lustfully at a woman. I Thessalonians 4:3-5 tells us that it is God's will that we avoid sexual immorality and that we learn how to control our own body in a way that is holy and honorable, not in passionate lust.

But how is a Christian man to do it? Here are some tools to help in your journey.

1. Bounce and starve images and ideas off your mind replacing them with what is holy and worthy.

2. Acknowledge the challenge Recognize the threat and be alert to it. Being a man of sexual integrity is a battle to fight

3. Confess your weakness to God and ask to be filled with the Holy Spirit which will give you power and strength.

4. Trash it: Get rid of all of the gateway material.

5. Fill your mind with the Word of God. This will begin to change your thinking and behavior leading you to a life of victory and holiness.

With God all things are possible, remember good input, good output.
